Install ChatCloser on your Wix website and unlock an engaging AI-powered chat experience. Follow these detailed steps to equip your Wix site with ChatCloser's cutting-edge technology in just minutes.

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard #

Visit the ChatCloser Dashboard to find your unique embedding script.

Step 2: Locate and Copy the Code #

In the "Add to Website" section of the dashboard, click the "Copy" button to copy the script to your clipboard.

Your ChatCloser embedding code will look similar to this:

Step 3: Log In to Your Wix Site #

Access your Wix site's dashboard where you'll add ChatCloser.

Step 4: Navigate to the Site Custom Code Section #

There are two ways to access the custom code section in Wix:

Option 1:

Click on "Settings" in the site dashboard.
Choose "Custom Code" under the "Advanced Settings" area.

Option 2:

Click on "Add Elements" in the site.
Click on "Marketing Tools" and "Custom Code"

Step 5: Add the ChatCloser Code #

Click the "+ Add Custom Code" button.
Paste the ChatCloser code you copied from Step 2 into the code field.
Select "Head" from the dropdown for code placement.
Enter a name for the code, such as "ChatCloser Integration."
Set the code to load on "All Pages" or select specific pages as needed.
Click "Apply".

Step 6: Publish Your Changes #

Click "Publish" in the top right corner of the Wix dashboard to make the ChatCloser widget live on your site. Refresh your Wix site to see the ChatCloser widget appear on the designated pages. Test it to ensure proper functionality.

Important: Remember that your changes won't be visible on your live site until you publish them. Always test the chatbot functionality after publishing.
